4-5 Snapper Fish 1 Green Sweet Pepper 1 Orange Sweet 1 Red Sweet Pepper 1-2 Carrots 2 Ripe Plantains 1-2 Bammy (Slice) 2 tbsp Vinegar 2tbsp Oil ( for stir frying peppers,onion, carrot) 4-5 tbsp Mayonnaise (for pototoes) Salt Black pepper All purpose season.
