Ingredients:
1. Can Tuna
3. Flat Breads
4. Eggs
4. Small sweet peppers( sliced)
4-5. tbsp mayonnaise
1. medium tomato
1/2. tsp black pepper
1/2. tsp red pepper
1/2. tsp lemon pepper
1/2. tsp lemon juice
1/2. tsp parsley flakes
Cheese ( To your liking)
Lettuce
(Pinch of salt).
Preparation:
Put eggs to boil after they are finished cool them down then crack eggs and take out the yolk and place them into a container. Open the tuna and put it into a small bowl then add lemon juice, black pepper, lemon pepper, red pepper, parsley flakes, a pinch of salt, egg yolks, mayonnaise then mix together. Place flatbread on dough mat then lightly spread a little bit of mayonnaise on it then put lettuce, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cheese, tuna then fold tightly while folding tuck in the sides and dip a fingertip into some water and damp the edge of the bread for sealing.
(With these u can also add red onions, cucumber, spinach)
