Ingredients:
1 Pk salt fish
1 Egg
1/2 Red sweet pepper
1/2 Green sweet pepper
1/2 Yellow sweet pepper
1/2 Orange sweet pepper
1 Tomato
1 Pk Sazan
1-2 pegs of garlic (chop)
1/2 Onion (chop)
1-2 Spring onion (chop)
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 Cup tomato sauce
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 Tbsp all purpose season
Methods:
Put salt fish in a pot with water and boil it for about 15-20 minutes ensuring that excessive amount of salt is boiled out. Then wash salt fish off with top water place it in a bowl and put it to cool down for a little bit.
After salt fish is cool down break the salt fish up into small pieces then add 1 tbsp parsley flakes, 1 tbsp all purpose season, sweet peppers, onion, spring onion then mix together ensuring that the salt fish is well seasoned.
In a small bowl add 1/2 cup tomato sauce, egg, pinch of sazan season then mix it together and add it to the salt fish then combined it with the fish then add flour little by little and mix well until the flour is not seen.
Put enough oil in frying pan for frying once oil is hot then take small amount of the fish and roll it into small balls and add to the pot let them fry for 1 min on each sides on medium heat, once they are finish frying removed them from the pot and place them on paper towel for cooling then enjoy.
Note: Irish potato can be used to make this dish if u don't want to use flour.
