Ingredients:
4 .Cups Flour
1 .pk Yeast
1 .Tsp Salt
2. Cups G Sugar
3 .Tbsp Butter [unsalted]
1.1/4 Cup of milk [Warm]
Note: Extra butter to apply on the dough before folding it.
Methods:
In a large bowl place flour,yeast, salt, sugar then combined all dry ingredients together then add butter, mash butter into flour then use the milk to knead flour into a dough ball, after dough ball is formed grease bowl and place dough ball into the bowl covering it with plastic wrap or dish towel and let it rest for 1 hr.
Then flour surface and roll out dough flat, now used a bowl to mark out circle's then roll out again lightly then coat one section with extra butter and fold it. For the butter Flaps you are going to do the same process of rolling but u will fold it twice as it is demonstrated in the video. After you place them on the baking sheet or pan cover them and let it rest for 30 mins, then bake them for 20 mins on 350 degrees or until golden brown then brush the top with some melted butter and enjoy.
