Coconut Shrimp.

 


Ingredients:
1. Pk Shrimp
1. Egg
1. Pk Coconut flake (unsweetend)
1.tsp black pepper
1. tsp salt
1 tbsp all purpose season
1 1/2. Cup flour

Methods:

Clean shrimp properly with lime and vinegar making sure to remove the black vein from the back of the shrimp, then place shrimp in a bowl and begin to season it with salt, black pepper and all purpose season rest it to the side and let it marinate for about 20 mins.

Egg wash method: In a small bowl add 1 egg , 1/4 cup water , 1/4 cup flour and mix it out until flour dissolved .

In another container add 1 1/2 cup flour then season flour with all purpose season, pinch of salt nd pepper stir together and rest aside.

In another bowl add coconut flakes.

Preparation: Now hold shrimp by the tail and place it into the flour ensuring that it's covered with flour then give it a little shake and dip it into egg wash then shake it a little letting it drip a bit then add it into coconut flakes making sure that it's all covered up with the coconut flakes, now rest them on a plate until oil is hot.

Now add enough hot into pot for deep frying, once oil is hot start frying shrimp now u are going to fry them for 2-3 mins or until golden brown.


Sweet Pepper Aioli Sauce Method:  In the blender or food processor add 1 red sweet pepper,2 red scotch bonnet peppers, 3 pegs garlic,1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp, honey, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp paprika then blend together for about 2 mins.
