Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 Orange(slices)
4 Slices Pineapples
1 cup orange juice
1 Cup pineapple juice
Brown Sugar
Olive Oil
Green Season
All purpose Season
Salt
Black pepper
Methods:
Cut chicken into 4 pieces then clean chicken with lime and vinegar wash properly then place chicken in a bowl for seasoning. Use green season, salt, pepper, all purpose season, 1 tbsp olive oil season chicken then add 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup pineapple juice cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate for 1 hr or for overnight.
Heat up the grill once the grill is hot, place chicken on grill then place few slices of orange and pineapple on top of the chicken letting the chicken roast for about 7 mins on each sides. After 7 mins on each sides then use the orange and pineapple juice from the bowl to wet the chicken then let it cook for another 10 mins.
Now move the chicken into the oven and let it cook for another 15 mins, after 15 mins then remove it from the oven and base the chicken with the orange pineapple sauce and then put it back in the oven for another 10 mins after that extra 10 mins its finish.
Orange Pineapple Sauce
Methods: In a sauce pan add 1 tbsp butter let butter melt then add 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce , 1 slice pineapple , 1 slice orange then stir it and let it boil for 5 mins. After 5 mins of boiling then mix 1 tbsp corn starch using a little orange juice to mix it then add it to the sauce and stir it in then cover pot and lower the fire and let it boil for 2
more mins.
