Ingredients
4. Cup's flour
2. Tbsp yeast
2.tbsp butter
2.tbsp sugar
2. Cup's Luke warm water.
1. Tsp salt
Preparation:
In a bowl add 4 cups of flour, 2 tbsp yeast, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp butter combined all dry ingredients then use Luke warm water to knead the flour for about 2-3 minutes then put the dough on a clean surface and continue to knead while kneading stretch and fold about 3 times then continue to knead until its form into a dough ball. After its form then place the dough into the same bowl and cover it with a plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes then place dough on a clean surface and cut the dough into 8 pieces then start rolling them in small ball form and then rest them for 2 mins. Now roll them slightly in the middle and pinch both ends of the dough.
Grease baking pan and place them in the pan baking on 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
After its done remove them and lightly brush them with butter and enjoy.
Note: Enjoy these with butter,jelly,cheese and a glass of milk or hot coco.
