Plain Cake With Fruits



Ingredients:

1 Cup flour
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup milk
1 Cup sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
1 Tsp baking powder
1/3 cup oil
1 Tsp lemon essence
1/4 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup butter

Methods:

In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar mix together until its light and fluffy then crack eggs and add them one by one into the mixture along with 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp lemon essence give it a little mix for about 1 minute.

Now add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/3 cup oil, 1/2 cup mix fruits then mix for 1 min after mixing for a minute then sieve the flour and add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder to the flour combined it together, now add the flour in small portions to the mixture and mix for about 3-4 minutes.

Grease baking pan and bake on 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.


Note: Enjoy with some vanilla ice-cream or any flavor of your choice.
